DISLOC ACTIONS is a walk that takes place in a naturalistic or urban / architectural space.
An artist and a guide accompany the spectators along an excursion route of their choice, simple and of short duration or longer and more demanding.
The route is in stages: in previously chosen places, spectators are invited to stop and attend the performances that will present themselves in front of them. The perfomances, created site specific, have already started before the hikers have arrived, and continue even after their departure. As according to the structure of a medieval show, structured in "stations", the walk becomes a path that reveals, from time to time, small surprises. A cellist plays at the foot of a tree in a wood, an actress recalls, on the edge of a waterfall, an ancient myth, or a duo of dancers-acrobats move carefully among the rocks.
Between one stage and another, if agreed with the client, the nature guide tells anecdotes and curiosities concerning the area affected by the route, transforming the excursion into a fairy tale and exploration.
Our goal in proposing this project is to propose an experience made up of artistic proposals, the territory that is crossed and the rediscovery of it.
The artists create their performances directly on the spot. Each itinerary becomes unique and unrepeatable.
